Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
